Terms of Sale

All orders that you place on the Website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the following terms of use (“Terms”) for the bookteeshq.com website (“Site”) provided by Book Tees HQ. (“we/us”). You can print off these terms, or store them in your computer, for future reference. Please read them carefully.

(a) In order to create a contract between you and Book Tees HQ please follow the simple on-screen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order on the website. In doing this you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges.

(b) We will send an automated order confirmation email to you that list the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by Book Tees HQ.

(c) The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Book Tees HQ will take place on dispatch of the products, unless we have notified you that we have not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

(d) Your order is binding, once Book Tees HQ accepts your order, but is subject to your rights of cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order by Book Tees HQ will occur in circumstances including, but not subject to:

1. A price anomaly
2. Incorrect product description
3. The product is out of stock
4. We weren’t able to verify your payment after investigation

 (a) Book Tees HQ reserves the right to withdraw any products from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content from the Website.

(b) Book Tees HQ may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion if we deem a sale unlawful or suspicious.

(c) Book Tees HQ will not be liable to you or a 3rd party by reason of our decision to withdraw any product from the Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

(d) The recommended retail price, as displayed, is inclusive of GST. 

(a) You, the customer have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered, by contacting us. If these products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us, you may return them within 14 days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund. 

a) You, the customer may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it. Simply post the item(s) back to us at the address listed on this page. Your statutory rights on cancellation are not affected.

(b) Exchanges will be honoured any time within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

(c) Refunds (if applicable) are only processed once the garment has been inspected; an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

(d) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear on your statement. If you still experience issues, please contact your bank, and if you have not already done so, please contact me personally at Book Tees HQ at sales@bookteeshq.com for further assistance.

(e) Please note, all delivery and custom charges incurred on returns made will be your, the customer’s responsibility. Book Tees HQ is not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. Unfortunately, Book Tees HQ cannot be responsible for missing parcels returned to us. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase or pay for registered postage. We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original packaging and swing tags intact.

(f) We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receivership and will email to confirm. The refund may take a few days to show on your statement. Please send returns or exchanges to: Book Tees HQ, PO BOX 3, South Melbourne, Vic, Australia 3205 

(a) Local deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. We use Australia Post to deliver your order. A signature is usually required for delivery – please let us know if you would like your order delivered to an alternative address. An Australia Post calling will be left in your mailbox if nobody is home to accept the delivery.

(b) Please note, if an item is returned to us due to a failed delivery a subsequent delivery charge will be payable to resend the item/order.

(c) Overseas deliveries - If your order is to be delivered outside of Australia; the products may be subject to import duty and local sales taxes (pertaining to your country) which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, the customer. These rules vary by country and your local government determines the duty rates and customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

(d) Overseas delivery times and processes apply subject to different countries. Please contact your local delivery service for any/all issues as Book Tees Inc. is not liable in such matters. (a) Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that the Site will be suitable for your purposes or requirements. If your PC does not support relevant technology including encryption, you may not be able to use certain services or access certain information on the Site.

(b) The Site is accessed via the World Wide Web which is independent of us. Your use of the World Wide Web is solely at your own risk and subject to all applicable national and international laws and regulations. We shall have no responsibility for all information or service obtained by you on the World Wide Web.

(c) The content of the Site has been compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice.

(d) These terms constitute the entire agreement between you, the customer and us, Book Tees HQ.

(e)  Any failure by Book Tees HQ to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 

(f) These terms and the relationship between you, the customer and us, Book Tees HQ shall be governed by the Retail policies as stipulated by the ACCC governing body (for more information, please refer to their website at www.accc.gov.au

(g) We reserve the right to vary the terms from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the Site and by continuing to use it, you will be deemed to accept any such variations.

(h) Book Tees HQ’s intellectual property is wholly owned by Book Tees HQ. Names or logos contained in this site are trademarked and or registered trademarks (pending). Other names on this site may be trademarked or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

(i) Copyright in the design, text and graphics contained in the website is held by BOOK TEES HQ. The use of the photographs on the website is under license (pending) for these photographs remain with the individual.
